Sarah O. Schindler joined Pogust Braslow & Millrood in 2015 and currently focuses her practice on complex litigation involving dangerous and defective products and consumer fraud.
Prior to joining PBM, Sarah Schindler spent two years as Mass Tort Law Clerk in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas’ Complex Litigation Center. In that capacity, she assisted the Honorable Arnold L. New in adjudicating thousands of cases involving pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, and asbestos-containing products. Sarah knew that after her clerkship, she wanted to dedicate her practice to representing injured plaintiffs. She had started honing her skills early on, spending much of her time during law school working on catastrophic accident and medical malpractice cases at another prominent Philadelphia firm.
Apart from her work at PBM, Sarah is actively involved in the community through her roles as a cabinet member and social outreach chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, and as a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Brandeis Law Society. She also handles cases pro bono through Philadelphia VIP.
Sarah was born and raised in Lower Merion, currently lives in Center City, and is a lover of all things Philadelphia.
